Meet Samantha Karlin

Samantha Karlin is a visionary leadership development expert, speaker, and changemaker on a mission to transform how leadership is practiced to create environments where people and organizations can truly flourish. As the founder and CEO of Empower Global, she and her team specialize in designing customized leadership accelerators, cross-cultural training, and workshops that prepare leaders to thrive in a VUCA world—one that is volatile, uncertain, complex, and ambiguous. With a global track record of training over 10,000 leaders from 48 countries, Samantha is passionate about activating purpose-driven changemakers and teaching strategies for sustainable leadership. She has worked across sectors, from corporate boardrooms to international NGOs, helping leaders navigate the challenges of today’s turbulent global landscape.

Christina Pascucci
Christina always wanted to run for office, and voiced her ambition in the challenge. This election season, she put her hat in for the democratic primary for the United States Senate in California. Among 27 candidates, she repeatedly polled at the top, made history as the first U.S. Senate campaign to use ethical AI to reach voters, and garnered $50 million worth of media coverage, a rarity for a political outsider. At one point she was in a statistical tie with one of the frontrunners, a 25-year Congressperson.

How long is the Masterclass?
Each Masterclass lasts 1 hour
What time are the classes?
Sun-Th, 7-8 pm EST Fri-Sat 1-2 pm
Will this be recorded?
Yes, it will be recorded. Replays will be released every day at noon in the Facebook group and sent out to people who register.
Even if you can’t make all the days, make sure you register to get access to all the days’ replays.
How long is the masterclass?
The masterclass is 9 days long, for one hour per day
Do I need to attend every session?
No, but there is a flow to the order of the masterclasses that follows the adult development framework.
So if you do miss a session it will be helpful to watch the replays.
